Villa Nolandia is a 280 m² villa with a heated pool above the Makarska Riviera, at the foot of Biokovo. We built a website that sells the stay with big photography and lets guests check dates, see the price and send a booking request — with no booking platform in between.

The challenge_
Holiday villas usually live on booking platforms that take a commission and make every listing look the same.
Villa Nolandia needed a place of its own online: a site that feels as calm and premium as the villa, and that takes a booking request straight from the guest.
What we did_
01_
Check-in and check-out sit right in the hero. Guests pick their dates, the site counts the nights and shows the total price, and the three-night minimum is checked before the request goes out.

Seasonal prices and booked dates are managed in WordPress by the owner. The form and the price update on their own, so guests never ask for dates that are already taken.
03_
A villa page with the facts — four bedrooms, four bathrooms, heated pool, sea view — and an activities guide with local tips, from the Biokovo Skywalk to boat trips and Dubrovnik.
